A 7-month-old baby was left abandoned on the northbound No. 1 Columbus Circle subway platform Monday afternoon, cops said.
A 33-year-old woman who was passing by saw the baby at about 12:10 p.m. and alerted police after waiting for the parent to return to no avail, cops said.
The baby was wearing a red and white blouse, Pampers and black leggings, police said.
It is believed the mother, who was between age 20 and 30, pushed the red stroller onto the platform intentionally and returned to the northbound train, according to cops.
Police said there were no cameras on the platform. The baby was taken to St. Luke's Hospital and appeared to be in good condition.
