TWC News: Police Question Man in Connection with Fatal Beating of Three-Year-Old GirlPlay now
Police are questioning a man in connection with the beating death of a three-year-old girl.
Police say they responded to a call to a building on Cooper Street just before 4 p.m. They say they found three-year Jeida Torres unconscious and unresponsive.
The building is a city homeless shelter.
Her five-year-old brother was also found in the apartment with bruises and is currently in stable condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
