It's probably a good thing that someone else carries the nuclear launch codes.
President Obama started his immigration-related trip to Las Vegas Friday by boarding Marine One on the South Lawn of the White House, and then immediately getting back out of the presidential helicopter because he'd left something behind.
Coatless in a frigid wind, Mr. Obama returned to the White House, telling reporters on the way in, 'I forgot something.'
He came out a few moments later and held up his phone. 'My Blackberry,' he said as he returned to the helicopter.
The president is flying to Las Vegas on Air Force One to hold a campaign-style rally at a high school to promote his executive action on immigration. Mr. Obama announced Thursday night that he's granting legal status and work permits to nearly 5 million illegal immigrants.
