Multiple news outlets are reporting that a man is facing obstruction charges tied to the investigation into the Boston Marathon bombings.
WBZ-TV's Peter Wilson tweeted that a Joint Terrorism Task Force arrested a male associate of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in relation to the Boston Marathon investigation. The man's name is Khairullozhon Matanov.
