The San Francisco Giants, New Balance Athletics, Charles Schwab, Chevron, and ConocoPhillips. These are but a handful of US companies that, either directly or through their employees, financially supported the elections of members of Congress who tried to overthrow our elected government by objecting to the Electoral Vote tally on Wednesday, January 6th, the day of the violent insurrection on the US Capitol.
Please use the information and links below to contact these companies and urge them to repudiate all donations to these Super PACS.

While much attention has been paid to companies whose own corporate PACs directly supported members of Congress, there has been less focus on corporations and their employees that have funded Republican Super PACS, who then fund efforts to elect members of Congress who objected the Elector Vote certification, such as Devin Nunes, Elise Stefanik, Steve Scalise, Lauren Boebert, Nicole Malliotakis, David Perdue, and Roger Marshall.
Today at CyberDisobedience, these Super PACS are our focus. Please contact every company and demand that they repudiate donations to Super PACs that support a member of Congress who tried to steal our election and overthrow our government by objecting to the Electoral Vote certification, and that they promise never to give to these Super PACs in the future.
Let’s begin with two Super PACS: The Senate Leadership Fund, which focuses on electing Republicans to the Senate; and the Congressional Leadership Fund, which focuses on electing Republicans to the US House.
The Senate Leadership Fund helped elect the following GOP coup supporters
The Senate Leadership Fund is a conservative Super PAC dedicated to electing Republicans to the US Senate.
In the 2020 election cycle, the Super PAC spent:
- $0 supporting Democrats;
- $263,153,817 opposing Democrats;
- $23,294,247 supporting Republicans; and
- $774,083 opposing Republicans (the only Republican they opposed was Doug Collins in the Georgia primary, presumably because they prefered Republican Kelly Loeffler, who lost the general election to Democrat Raphael Warnock).
The Senate Leadership Fund spent $84,908,150 opposing Georgia Democrat Jon Ossoff, in an attempt to re-elect Republican Senator David Perdue, who promised to vote against the electoral college results.
The Fund also spent $1,973,146 to elect Republican Senator Roger Marshall of Kansas, who voted against the electoral college results.
