In a wonderful example of true journalism, CBS’ Bob Schieffer grilled Trump surrogate, and Arkansas Attorney General, Leslie Rutledge yesterday about her false claim that most Americans don’t care about Trump’s tax returns.
In fact, over 74% over voters in a recent poll want to see the returns, including 62% of Republicans.
Schieffer was tenacious and amazing. She lied and he wouldn’t let it go. It was an amazing example of what good journalism is all about. CBS’ embed seems to be having some issues. If the video doesn’t show below, you can watch it here.
