Police are responding to an early-morning shooting at a Montgomery County residence.
Dispatchers said officers were called to the 100 block of West 5th Street in Lansdale for reports of gunfire around 4:25 a.m.
One person was found shot at the scene. The person's condition wasn't immediately available.
A SWAT team was dispatcher to search the residence and search for the shooter, dispatchers said. Police were setting up a perimeter in the area.
No one has been taken into custody. No description of a suspect was available.
The circumstances of the shooting weren't immediately known.
