President Obama spends Wednesday in southern California, talking about housing and military service.
Obama, who wakes up in Los Angeles after last night's appearance with Jay Leno, participates in an online discussion with the home-buying website Zillow.
"The President will answer questions from citizens around the country that will be submitted through a range of social media platforms by Zillow's users and social media community using the hashtag #askobamahousing," says the White House schedule.
The chat is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m., eastern time, and will be live streamed on WH.gov, Zillow.com and Yahoo.com.
Later, Obama will travel to nearby Camp Pendleton, Calif.
The president " will deliver remarks and visit with troops and their families to thank them for their extraordinary service to our nation," the schedule says.
Air Force One flies back to Washington on Wednesday night.
