WASHINGTON - President Obama will host Britain's Prince William in the Oval Office on Monday, the White House announced.
William, the heir to the British throne, will be in Washington to address the World Bank about fighting illegal wildlife trafficking.
'The President welcomes the Prince's work in this global fight against what is both a national security threat and a devastating environmental problem,' the White House said in a statement Friday.
William and his wife, Kate, arrive Sunday in New York for a three-day visit that includes a planned visit to the National Sept. 11 Memorial and Museum and a night at the Barclays Center to see the Brooklyn Nets play the Cleveland Cavaliers.

He met the President previously in Britain. The White House said Obama 'looks forward to thanking The Duke of Cambridge for the hospitality shown to him by the Royal Family during the President's recent visits to the United Kingdom.'
